Homeschool Field Trips
Southern California Catholic Home Educators, aka: Parents take the initiative to seek out opportunities for their children to visit places where their children can learn hands-on. Sometimes, those field trips are organized so that large groups can attend. These caring parents reach out to other families through SCCHE support group emails to extend the invite to all homeschoolers. In addition to visiting places, parents also organize gatherings for liturgical Catholic traditions. This is a wonderful opportunity for southern California Catholic homeschoolers to socialize with their peers as well as live out our Catholic faith together. Many of these children attend park days together, field trips, in person classes, sacramental celebrations, holy day celebrations and more. Special friendships are formed throughout their homeschool journey. Please consider becoming a part of our SCCHE group and help plan and/or attend events with your homeschoolers too!
